What is bulk upload and how do you use it?

Bulk upload is a feature that allows you to upload a csv file with multiple transactions at same time. For example, if you have multiple transactions from different trading accounts you can put all of your transactions in the same file and upload all of it.

To use the bulk upload

Step 1

First create a csv file with all your transactions. You can download a sample file on our platform in the bulk upload section by clicking the button.

Below is an example of what the csv file might look like. When adding new transactions it must be added in the same format as the previous ones, otherwise the file willl not be possible to upload.

All the points for each param are sensitive and need to follow this structure to be possible to upload.

datetime
: "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'"
source: blockchain or exchange name e.g. "coinbase", "wax", "bitcoin".
sentCurrency: uppercase e.g. "BTC"
sentAmount: numeric value
receivedCurrency: uppercase e.g. "USD", "EURO".
receivedAmount: numeric value
feeCurrency: uppercase e.g. "BTC"
feeAmount: numeric value.
transactionId: can contain numeric, lowercase alphabetical, uppercase alphabetical and RegEx characters.
transactionType: lowercase "deposit", "withdrawal" or "trade".

Add all of your transactions to the excel file like this.

Step 2

The next step is to save the file in csv format and upload it.

You can also create a bulk upload using the Notepad, see example below.

Note that it may be more comma signs when you make changes in the notepad. The notepad file is not the exact format as the excel file!
